My primary service area covers a 50-mile radius around Luck, WI, including but not limited to:

Wisconsin: St. Croix Falls, Balsam Lake, Amery, Osceola, New Richmond, Rice Lake, Spooner, Cumberland

Minnesota: Taylors Falls, North Branch, Lindstrom, Forest Lake, Stillwater, Hugo

I am happy to travel beyond this area for a reasonable travel fee.

For locations outside my primary service area, I charge $2 per mile one way. For example:

Travel to Minneapolis: ~$20

Travel to Duluth: ~ $80

This ensures I can offer affordable real estate photography services while covering additional travel costs.

I understand the fast-paced nature of real estate. My standard turnaround time is:

Photography: 24 hours

3D Tours, floor plans, and aerial videos: 48 hours

A property website is a dedicated, stand-alone webpage designed specifically for your listing. It includes all of your images, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, and listing details. It's an excellent way to market your property to potential buyers or renters.
